Our certified Crossfit level 1 Trainers offer a proven fitness program in group classes that cater for everyone – from the beginners to the elite athletes. All movements can be altered to suit individual needs in a safe manner. We are situated in ForeverFit Gym and include:

Fingerprint access
Conventional Gym and Yoga studio (Combo Packages only)
Clean and neat restrooms
Custom eating plans can be programmed for individual goals and we can guide you towards those goals with simple and manageable steps like monitoring gains and losses.
